Over the past 16 years, Adrian has helped hundreds of patients retain and regain their confidence by giving them their smiles back. With a special focus on building patient confidence (especially the more nervous ones out there), Adrian has build an extensive and loyal patient base. Currently undergoing further education towards a qualification in orthodontics, Adrian provides a broad range of dental treatment ranging from routine dental care, to extensive reconstruction, implant and orthodontic work. His special focus is the resumption of function whilst improving aesthetics. Adrian is a member of the New Zealand Dental Association, New Zealand Society for Anaesthesia in Dentistry, the New Zealand Association for Cosmetic Dentistry, the New Zealand Dentists Orthodontic Society, the International Association for Orthodontics and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr Adrian Tan BDS(Otago) Laura comes to us as a recent graduate from the University of Otago. Her area of special interest is children’s dentistry, and has the demeanour and personality that puts anxious children at ease. As our general dentist associate, Dr Barwood is currently taking new patients for general and maintenance dental care. A budding and talented musician, Laura performs live music weekly in Auckland, in addition to her professional and clinical responsibilities. Laura is a member of the New Zealand Dental Association.
